Gastronomic Dinner with Wine Pairing from Bodegas Aleph

In the Ampar Restaurant we also enjoy the end of summer and the passage to a new season in which a new letter is anticipated according to the next autumn. For this, nothing more appropriate than a delicious Marinated Dinner in an avant-garde setting. Attendees will enjoy a fantastic selection of Chef Carlos Julián, consisting of dishes from this menu that we are about to release and that we will present here: to start the Chef’s Appetizer, as an entree the foie olives in their dry land (Wine Pairing white “Aleph Blanco de Bobal 2017” Bobal-Vino de la Tierra de Castilla), main course to choose between Confit of cod with vegetable skin and its sprouts (Pairing white wine “Aleph Cuvée Nora 2017” Macabeo and Chardonnay – Wine of the Earth de Castilla) or sea and mountain beef stew with scallops bacon (Pairing Red wine with aging “Aleph Cuvée Galois 2016” Bobal and Petit Verdot – Wine from the Land of Castile) and to finish the Chocolate in textures and its natural cocoa ( Pairing Red wine Crianza “BPV 2014” Bobal and Petit Verdot – Wine from the Land of Castilla). During the dinner they will also serve water, soft drinks and beers, to finish with a selection of coffees and infusions.
The excellent wines have been carefully selected to enhance the textures and flavors of the dishes by Pascual Tejada, 2nd Maitre Sommelier of the Hotel and winner of the last Regional Contest of Sommeliers, in which he has been named Best Sommelier of the Valencian Community in 2018 .
