A visionary in his concepts and looking for the diners’ complicity through imagination and originality, Agustín bets for a more innovative local gastronomy, through local products with avant-garde recipes.

For him, traditional gastronomy is the basis of all his dishes, using sustainable and organic products, transforming the ingredients and recipes “of a lifetime” into tasty and modern dishes. And always with love.

It offers its guests a unique experience in which their creations highlight the products of their region, a cuisine based on the “Charra” gastronomy with fresh and modern touches.

Culinary experience linked to the unique space where it is located, the former Convent of San Esteban of the Dominican order.
