The Ampar Restaurant, in Valencia, is renewed inside and out, and celebrates it with gastronomy days that will show its new trend and tastes.
From Friday 15th until September 22nd, the Ampar Restaurant, located in the Hotel Hospes Boutique Hotel Palau de la Mar, Valencia, celebrates Gastronomic Journeys that will show its new atmosphere and decoration, accompanied by the great cuisine of its Chef Carlos Julian.
The atmosphere of the restaurant has been transformed achieving the perfect balance of intimacy, warmth and comfort, sober elements that help us discover the textures and flavors of the dishes prepared by Carlos Julián.
The Ampar Restaurant team has made a selection of products and elaborations that will be a small sample of the extensive menu that can be tasted this autumn, based on elaborations that enhance the quality of the product.
These Gastronomic Journeys will take a culinary tour through the sea, through the French cuisine, passing the tradition and granting as final a little great whim. All this without leaving aside the local market product, star in all its dishes, as well as a delicate preparation and presentation.
The Menu, which is a display of sensations, is made up of six perfectly coordinated dishes.
