At Hospes Palacio del Bailío, with Dejavu Brands, we have created an Olfactory Gastronomic Menu that explores the world of fragrances and flavors, combined in an unique culinary proposal.

Welcome Cocktail: Flowers
We start with a cocktail that evokes the delicacy and freshness of flowers such as bougainvillea, jasmine and carnation.
Starter: Moorish Tea (Peppermint)
The freshness of mint and the essence of Moorish tea combine in a captivating starter.
Main course: Lemon
A touch of citrus that brings freshness and vitality, in a dish that awakens the senses.
Second Main Course: Cinnamon and Spices
Warm and enveloping aromas of cinnamon and spices in a perfect proposal for lovers of deep flavors.
Dessert: Orange Blossom and Orange
The perfect ending, with sweet and floral notes of orange blossom and orange, in a creation that will delight the most demanding palates.
